Jazz Spot Candy is, as many Jazz spots in Japan, very small but a very sympathic and active place. It is situated in the prefecture of Chiba, north of Tokyo. Many of the most famous jazz musician of the international improvisation scene have visited and performed in Jazz Spot Candy, but I had the great honour to be the first dancer to dance in their walls.
One of the particularity of Jazz Spot Candy is that you will find there one of the best Hi-Fi equipement of the country. The sound quality is exellent and some clients come only to listen music from LPs or CDs and it happen often that the public will clap at the end of a recording.
